"cultural orientation"? "gender orientation"?

I suggest that these two be replaced with "culture" and "gender" respectively. If you really want a noun to go with cultural, it should be "cultural tradition". And perhaps "gender identification". Also, trying to enumerate things in lists like this is best done by using mediawiki's built-in category system. That lets you apply tags to pages, so you don't end up with this "my favorite list" nonsense. -- Wulfrath

categories are planned to be added but aren't in place yet, this project is still less than a week old and I'm still trying to pour out just basic information and organization. I also knew enough to know categories would need changing, adding, moving, etc. early on because while I have a good idea on structuring data, none of us is as good as all of us :)

Very importantly though, have a concept page for organizing data categories I feel is essential when while you and I may understand the concept of something simple like "major disciplines" Many users are likely to be overwhelmed and not able to navigate because they don't even know which questions to ask yet.

"Put the article up here on the talk page the way you think it should go, show me why your way is better"
can't do that if the discussion page is locked. lol. the inmates are running the asylum.
You have to create an account to access it. It's only locked to anon. I'm not dealing with this page being edited by a bunch of numbers because I don't want to try and compare a dozen IP accounts. Have an identity by making an account, or don't edit it, there's too much controversy on this page for me to have to sort through numbers.
