OTK, or over the knee, describes a specific tehnique used in spanking and paddling impact play in which thetop places the bottom over the knee.
The technique has the advantage that it will help relax the hind quarters of the bottom to prevent tensing as much, and also that the sensation will travel straight through towards the genitals and may be considered humiliating.
